Utila Bay Island - Rental Information

You are given a plentiful 50KW of electricity per
day. If you exceed, you may purchase more for the current rate.

You agree as follows: no pets allowed. occupant of house must be an adult and all other occupants must be listed, otherwise you will be asked to vacate w/ no refund. You agree to pay 1/2 of the total now and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel, a written cancelation must be received 30 days prior to arrival and you will forfiet a $200 cancelation fee,

You are required to leave premises clean as you found them. All remotes and keys are to be returned. Extra charges will be made for non-returns and or damaged property. A credit card $250.00 security deposit is due upon arrival and held for 3 days after your departure. Provided there is no damage found nor missing items,the credit voucher will be destroyed. A list of items in the home is provided.

Forfeit of rental fee: exceeding occupancy, causing damages to property, loud disturbances.

The owners and management do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damages due to weather or reasons beyond Their control.They are not liable for any injuries or you personal property. Nor do We accept responsibility for inconvience of loss of power, water or gas.

You agree to pay property manager the 16% hotel tax upon arrival.

Management will accept U.S. checks but a $75 nsf fee will be charged. Checks payable to:

It is best to fly into San Pedro Sula, Honduras and then take a local flight into Utila. American and Continental fly 7 days a week.
